After many years of silence, finally, coming back !
With all these years, even the software I was using for editing my pictures had big updates : I lost the typography I originally used ;_; …
Long story short, during these years I learned crochet ! Thanks to this new japanese trend with the cute Amigurumi (編みぐるみ), it did give a “fresh air” vibe to this craft. As for the cross stitch, tired of all these granny’s napkins/tableclothes, it feels real good to see these new patterns !
So, you guys must know that there is the new Animal Crossing on Nintendo Switch. Big popularity since the world shuts itself at home ^^) Being a huge fan of this series for many years now, I had this idea of doing bells’ purse since a long while but just didn’t have enough time to do it. Well, with this pandemic situation, now I do have some time to spare ^^” !
(For the “non-experts” :
- The currency in the game is called bells and kept in purses.
- When furnitures are in the inventory, they are symbolized by a leaf
- You can also bury some traps, trapping friends or neighbours just for fun, symbolized by a white ball with a exclamation point )
Meanwhile, stay safe, stay at home *-*)

PATTERNS :
The most interesting part of this note huh ?
For the big purse, I generally followed the pattern made by Winter Kamas : https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/animal-crossing-large-bell-bag
For the star on the big purse, thanks to One Dog Woof : https://www.1dogwoof.com/crochet-star-ornament-pattern/
For the star on the small purse, thanks to Amy’s Odyssey and her cute pattern : https://amysodyssey.wordpress.com/2009/12/10/super-stars-amigurumi/
For the furniture leaf, big thanks to K Hook : https://khookcreations.com/2018/08/24/pattern-animal-crossing-leaf/
For the trap ball : no specific pattern, just made a ball, stuffed with cotton wool and cut some red felt and sew it on the ball.
